Service Retainer Program (SRP)

The InfoSec Service Retainer Program (SRP) provides our customers with on-demand mainframe expertise to support their processing requirements. The program is designed to be cost effective and give mainframe customers the flexibility to have expert mainframe staff available if needed without having to incur the expense of a full time employee.

The SRP program allows our customers to have access to a Subject Mater Expert (SME) during a staff shortage, spike in workload or for special projects that come up throughout the budget year. Instead of backlogging the work to be done, the SRP program provides the needed skills to empower our customers to get the job done and meet critical service level agreements.
